If you live or work in the Milnerton, Blaauwberg, Parklands, Table View, Century City areas in Cape Town, you will find my practice easily accessible. I provide after hours and weekend sessions to allow for work and family commitments. 


I am a qualified psychologist in the West Coast region of Cape Town (Milnerton, Blaauwberg, Table View, Parklands, Century City). I have a particular interest in depression, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, fears and phobias, relationship or marriage difficulties. My practice offers counselling and therapy services to adults and couples. 


Many people reach a point in their lives where existing ways of coping no longer work. We are mistakenly led to believe that a frenzy of activity   will quiet our unrest; however what lies beneath is a range of psychological challenges such as depression, overwhelming stress, anxiety, and panic attacks. 

I believe that coming in to meet with me is a statement that you want something to change. It may be a decision you pondered on for a long time or recently realised.
